Solis (“we”) is a digital marketing agency in Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. This policy explains what information we collect through soliseg.net, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- When you request a free audit or contact us: your name, WhatsApp or phone number, brand name or Instagram link, and anything else you choose to write (email, service, budget, message). We also note the page you sent it from.
- When you leave a review: your name, role, brand and the review itself, which we show on the website with your consent.
- When you browse: anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate country). Google Analytics uses cookies for this.
- When you message us on WhatsApp: the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, prepare your free audit and discuss working together.
- To show reviews you agreed to publish.
- To understand which pages help visitors, and improve the website.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to mailing lists without asking.
Who can see it
Only the Solis team. Your request is stored privately in our website’s admin area and sent to our company email. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) and Google (for analytics) process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as we are talking with you or working together, and for up to 24 months after that. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to remove your review, in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
